Is Storegate affected by vulnerabilities in PHP?

In light of recent questions regarding PHP and security, we would like to clarify how this affects Storegate and our customers.

You can feel confident using Storegate just as usual. Storegate’s production environment, where our services for secure storage, sharing, and document management are located, does not use PHP and is therefore not affected by PHP-related vulnerabilities.

Our public website, storegate.com, uses WordPress and PHP. Relevant vulnerabilities have been addressed there. The website is separate from our production environment and does not handle customers’ stored files or documents.

Security and the protection of our customers’ information are a central part of our operations. We work continuously to maintain a secure and reliable environment for our services.
