Yes, a digital signature has the same legal validity as a physical signature on paper. Storegate is a Swedish service subject to Swedish law. Our signing service exports the files in PAdES (PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures) and uses a certificate provider that provides both timestamps and is listed on the AATL (Adobe Aproved Trusted List) and EUTL (European Union Trusted List).
