You can upload or download files and folders via:
Web interface - Upload by tapping the blue plus sign and choosing whether you want to upload a file or a folder. Download a file or folder by selecting it and clicking the download button.
"Drag and drop" via the web interface - Upload by dragging and dropping the files or folders you want to upload directly from the explorer/finder and into the web interface.
