How do I change the billing address?

You can change your billing address at any time.

To do this:

  1. Log in to the website.

  2. Click on the old man in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on "Account settings".

  4. Click on "Subscriptions" in the left menu and "Payment" at the top.

  5. Fill in your address and click on "Save".

If you don't see "Payment", it's probably because you're a sub-user and don't have permission to change the address. Contact your account administrator. It may also be because you are logging in and have created the account via a Storegate partner company. Contact the reseller/partner or create a ticket here for assistance.
