Is Storegate GDPR compliant?
Yes, Storegate is a GDPR compliant service. We have a DPO (Data Protection Officer) named Martin Källström who can be reached at dpo@storegate.com. We have also developed an incident management plan. We have a simple privacy policy and if you would like a data protection agreement, you can order one here. If you are no longer a customer of ours, you can change or remove the information at any time by notifying us here. How do I know what data Storegate has registered about me?
You can see all the information we have registered on you under the account icon when you are logged into your account via the website, www.storegate.com Logged in via the website, you can also view your stored files. Your files are only accessible to you, and you retain sole ownership. All storage takes place in Sweden, on servers that are 100% owned by Storegate. This way we can guarantee full privacy and that no information is used for purposes other than storing it.
How can we get a data processor agreement?
If you as a company store personal data on your Storegate account, we can sign a data processor agreement. You can find the agreement here.
